1. Scope of Practice & Access

Invitation-Only Access: Strathnova operates primarily by introduction or qualified inquiry. We reserve the absolute right to evaluate, accept, or decline prospective clients or engagement requests at our sole discretion.

Service Model: Strathnova provides senior-level engineering and strategy advisory, executive advisory, and technical execution. Specific deliverables, scope, milestones, and fee structures are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between Strathnova/rsquareas squared and the client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Site Content: All intellectual property on this Site—including text, frameworks, service structures, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Strathnova and/or rsquareas squared. Unintended copy, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Client Deliverables: Ownership of work product, code, strategy documentation, and deliverables produced during an active engagement shall be governed strictly by the terms outlined in the applicable SOW or MSA signed by both parties.

3. Accountable Practice Model & Specialist Roster

Strathnova pairs senior leadership (strategists and engineers) for client delivery and may utilize The Bench (our specialized network of domain experts) to support specific technical requirements.

All specialists operating on behalf of Strathnova are bound by our standard quality standards, client confidentiality, and operational policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strathnova and rsquareas squared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on informal advisory content provided prior to formal SOW execution.

5. Corporate & Operating Identity

Strathnova is a trading style and practice operated under RSquareAS2 Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (Registered Office: Plot No. X-14, Kalamb Road, MIDC, Latur, Maharashtra - 413512, India; LLPIN / Registration: ACA-0102).

Our consulting practice operates on a distributed, global model with senior practice leaders and specialist bench team members collaborating remotely across regions including India (Pune, Noida), Southeast Asia (Jakarta), and North America (Saskatoon). All legal contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and binding engagements are executed by RSquareAS2 Consulting LLP and governed by the laws of India.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Maharashtra (India), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
