Dr. Vyawahare brings over three decades of proven judgment in HR strategy, labour policy, and industrial governance to Strathnova's advisory board. As Founder of Vaibhav Placements, he has built and sustained a pan India executive placement practice for 32+ years, giving him firsthand insight into what organizations actually need to grow and retain talent. His national leadership at NIPM, India's oldest HR institution, and his role as Governing Council Member and HR/CSR Committee Chairman at MACCIA, Maharashtra's apex industrial body, place him at the center of the state's industrial decision-making networks. He has been entrusted with government appointments, including the Wage Fixation Committee under the Ministry of Labour, and has guided institutions through governance and turnaround challenges, including a co-operative bank recovery worth INR 200 crores. His research on labour motivation strategy underpins a track record of translating organizational theory into practical, measurable outcomes.
